Shriya always has tough time whenever she wants to rule Kollywood cinema. In the beginning there were Trisha and Nayantara to compete. Now she gets competition not from a younger actress, but from a senior actress, Sneha.Sneha was approached by the director K.S.Ravi Kumar to act opposite Sarath Kumar in the film 'Juggu Bhai' (Rajinikanth was supposed to act in this film originally). She knew that she would be the pair for senior Sarath and Shriya will do the pair of junior Sarath in the film. However, she never knew that she would need to appear as the mother of Shriya in the same screen. The moment she came to know that there are combination scenes she dropped herself from the film.
When Sneha was asked about the reason for opting out of the film, she simply said "I don't want to do a mother role for a person who is older than me." Now, she has slimmed down a lot and she has challenged Shriya to give a tough competition.
